This page explains what agoshkov.com stores about you and why. Questions or requests: academy@agoshkov.com.

What we store

  • Waitlist: your email, the page you joined from, when you joined, and whether you unsubscribed. To send announcements, your email is also copied to Resend's mailing list for the Academy.
  • Account: your email and sign-in sessions (when they were created, your IP address and browser type).
  • Purchases: the email you paid with, the product, the amount, and the order and customer numbers from Creem. Your card details stay with Creem.
  • Abuse protection: hashed counters of recent requests per email and per IP address.
  • Operational logs kept by our hosting provider.

Why

To let you sign in, give you access to what you bought, email you about your purchase and, if you joined the waitlist, tell you when the Academy opens. Nothing else: no advertising and no selling of data.

Who processes it

  • Vercel hosts the site.
  • Neon hosts the database.
  • Resend sends emails.
  • Creem processes payments as merchant of record.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

Some of these providers process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email marked as unsubscribed, so you are never emailed again.
  • Account and sessions: a sign-in session ends after seven days without use; your account stays until you ask us to delete it.
  • Purchases: as long as needed for receipts, refunds, accounting and tax.
  • Abuse-protection counters: deleted once their window (15 minutes to one hour) has passed.

Cookies and local storage

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. No analytics or advertising cookies.
